This nutrition education series offers the theme of “Choose MyPlate,” which provides tips for healthy eating as well as “Eating Better on a Budget,” which provides tips for stretching food dollars.

Learner-centered nutrition education and cooking curriculum for grades 2-8, which covers core topics including: eating a variety of foods, consuming water more often, and increasing physical activity.
